You all did amazingly well!
We learnt how to do our lovely abdominal breathing with Ujjayi, Alternate Nostril Breathing, Surya Namaskar (Classical Sun Salutation) and lots of other lovely poses including a forward fold, a backbend, a twist, a balance, a semi inversion and relaxation.
Look out for some videos and pics that I will be posting over the coming weeks on my Facebook Page "Namibyogi" of poses that we will be covering.
