I am going to be starting a Yoga Stretch class at Aspire4Fitness after their morning boot camp on a Monday's 11:00. This is a class specifically focusing on stretching the body, although there will be some strengthening and breath work as always with Yoga. This class is great if you've just done the boot camp and are looking to stretch the body out or if you want to come in fresh for a lovely stretchy Yoga practice.
First class is on the 6th Feb 11:00, then every Monday after that at 11:00.
It is open to members and non-members and a; equipment is provided. £5 per the 45 mins session. See you there!
