A balance between strength and ease.
Finding a little more strength and ease in the body, mind and breath.
Strength and ease in your muscles, connective tissue, joints and bones.
Strength and ease in your mind and being able to become present, quiet and peaceful.
Strength and ease in your breath and allowing the lungs to breathe fully, purposefully and calmly.
It's all about finding your balance!
